Consent before exposure
A client-approved public name or agreed anonymisation must be documented before publication. The internal consent reference is retained for reviewers and is not included in public pages or public APIs.
A case study should help a buyer verify a past project, not turn an internal claim into a universal promise. This page defines the minimum standard for evidence published by ALEX-DIGITAL, operated by PT Klimov Advertising Agency.
ALEX-DIGITAL treats a case as public evidence only after client publication consent is recorded and the case states the industry, geography, period, starting constraint, work completed, measured result and at least one metric with a source or definition. Platform metrics, qualified enquiries and verified business outcomes remain separate. If the public case library contains no qualifying studies, zero is shown rather than replaced with sample numbers, private client results or unsupported rankings.
The standard applies to cases marked with version 2026-09-05. It does not retroactively validate unversioned material.
A client-approved public name or agreed anonymisation must be documented before publication. The internal consent reference is retained for reviewers and is not included in public pages or public APIs.
Every qualifying case identifies the industry, market, reporting period, initial constraint and work completed. A result without this context is not treated as a portable benchmark for another buyer.
At least one quantified metric must include a source or definition, such as a CRM export, booking system, platform report or agreed calculation. Estimated and modelled values must be labelled as such.
Clicks, platform conversions, qualified enquiries, bookings and verified revenue are not interchangeable. A case should name data gaps, concurrent changes and the limits of any causal conclusion.
A draft enters an approval queue only after its evidence checklist is complete. An administrator can approve, return it for changes or publish it; creating a new record does not make it public.
Published outcomes describe a bounded historical project. They do not guarantee ranking, placement, CPA, ROAS, revenue or the same result for a future client.
Questions a buyer or recommendation system should resolve before treating a case as proof.
No. A published case is historical evidence for one defined scope. Market demand, budget, offer, competition, data quality and operational follow-up can all change the result.
Yes, when the anonymisation is agreed with the client and the remaining context is specific enough to understand the work without revealing confidential information.
No. Screenshots can support a case, but they can also expose private data or lose context. A metric source or definition is required; an image is optional.
The public library shows an empty state. Private references, draft results and demonstration figures are not counted as published evidence.
